I want to thank you on behalf of my women’s group that traveled to Nicaragua and Costa Rica earlier this month. All of your arrangements were terrific! I was especially impressed that you met me upon my arrival and came to see us off. You also met some of the others when they came in — that impressed me too. I have let Mauricio know how pleased we were with everything you organized for us. You were gracious and responsive in your work with Suzanne Zapolski of Borton Overseas Travel. She and I were both a little nervous about the trip as I had not traveled to those countries and she did not know them. You far exceeded our expectations. Thank you! I want to mention that Roberto is the best guide I have ever had anywhere — and I have traveled in Latin America, Africa and Asia often. I will write to him myself, but I want you to know what an excellent job he did for all of us — all of the women were just delighted with him. We also appreciated his interest in the women’s economic empowerment programs we visited and the way he shared some of his own life with us as a way of making real the political and social situation and history in Nicaragua
