Tania - You did such a wonderful job planning and booking our trip that giving you a gift was our pleasure. Everything was excellent and especially the guides Eduardo and Edgard. They are quite different people and we enjoyed being with them both. We really liked the accommodations at each stop. The owners/managers were friendly and helpful and added a lot to our experience. One small thing about Peace and Love Farm - it was not understood that a prepared breakfast was included and when I asked they said no. However, they provided us with coffee, juice, jam, fruits, homemade bread, etc. so it worked out very nicely. We thought Little Corn was just wonderful with the walks to town through the forest and all the friendly people. Edgard speaks exceptional English, knows his natural history very well, and is one of the nicest and most professional guides that we have encountered anywhere in the world. Eduardo, of course is just a delight to be with, especially on Ometepe Island where he seems to know everybody.
We will recommend you and Servitourstravel to all our friends and hopefully some of them will come to be wonderful country.

I want to thank you on behalf of my women's group that traveled to Nicaragua and Costa Rica earlier this month. All of your arrangements were terrific! I was especially impressed that you met me upon my arrival and came to see us off. You also met some of the others when they came in -- that impressed me too. I have let Mauricio know how pleased we were with everything you organized for us.
You were gracious and responsive in your work with Suzanne Zapolski of Borton Overseas Travel. She and I were both a little nervous about the trip as I had not traveled to those countries and she did not know them. You far exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
I want to mention that Roberto is the best guide I have ever had anywhere -- and I have traveled in Latin America, Africa and Asia often. I will write to him myself, but I want you to know what an excellent job he did for all of us -- all of the women were just delighted with him. We also appreciated his interest in the women's economic empowerment programs we visited and the way he shared some of his own life with us as a way of making real the political and social situation and history in Nicaragua
My company takes groups of women to visit microfinance and women's economic empowerment programs - I plan to bring another group to Nicaragua and Costa Rica, perhaps next year. I am delighted to know that you will take good care of us. I will keep in touch as plans solidify.

voglio ingraziare lei e tutti i suoi collaboratori per il bellissimo soggiorno in Nicaragua che ci avete organizzato. Io ho fatto molti viaggi ma un organizzazione così perfetta come la vostra non l' ho mai trovata ed il Nicaragua ci ha affascinato fin dalla nostra prima venuta. Guillermo e Oscar, persone squisite, disponibili, super professionali ci hanno fatto vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile. Non ci siamo mai sentiti abbandonati, eravamo in ogni momento sicuri che qualcuno vegliava su di noi. Anche il soggiorno a Little Corn Island è stato bellissimo, i trasferimenti perfetti grazie al suo collaboratore. Ed anche l' ultima sera con Yamni e la cena in quel locale tipico è stata veramente speciale! Vogliamo ringraziarla anche per il regalo che abbiamo ricevuto, che ci ricorderà la più bella vacanza fatta fino ad ora. Ho già in mente un altro viaggio in Nicaragua e appena si potrà la contatterò direttamente. Abbiamo già cominciato a farvi pubblicità con tutte le persone che conosciamo, speriamo che vi portino tanti clienti; abbiamo anche contattato Modern Viaggi per dire loro della vostra perfetta organizzazione.

Tres chere Yamni.Merci pour ton interet au sujet de notre voyage a Nicaragua.Nous devons avouer que le "highlight"de notre sejour fut la gentillesse de ses habitants et surtout celle des collegues que nous avons, comme toi, rencontres sur notre chemin.Ton francais ecrit est merveilleux.
Notre voyage nous a permis de constater que le passage a la douane est un veritable probleme et obstacle pour les voyageurs que nous comptions envoyer a Costa Rica avec sejour au Nicaragua ou vice versa.
Je crois que Victor ne vous a pas bien informe quant a la nature de notre clientele composee de gens aises qui ont suffisamment de moyens pour sejourner dans de bons hotels genre Dario ou Al Hamra a Granada.Pas de back packers.Malheureusement nous avons rate l'oportunite de sejourner dans ces hotels pour avoir une meilleur idee.
En resume chere Yamni si nous arrivons a monter un produit haut de gamme avec des hotels de 4 ou 5 etoiles juste pour le Nicaragua qui a une histoire ,une culture,des plages,un merveilleux climat surtout un peuple aimable et serviable, nous allons avoir besoin de votre collaboration.
De retour a Montreal nous allons debattre de tout cela et essayer de dissiper les prejujes negatifs bases sur l'ignorance pour ouvrir un nouveau chapitre dans nos circuits.
Vincent et moi t'embrassons tres fort et comptons sur toi pour une future collaboration.Merci pour tout

In short dear Yamni, if we organized a high quality product with 4-5* hotels of Nicaragua, that has history, culture, beaches, a great weather and above all friendly and helpful people, we want to have your collaboration. Once we're back in Montreal we will discuss everything and try to erase the negative prejudices based on ignorance to open a new chapter in our circuits.

Greetings from the cold! We loved the holiday. Everything worked according to plan. We were very impressed at how everybody turned up as expected. However, I have to admit that Nicaragua is much nicer than Costa Rica. It's such a shame that Nicaragua is not so well known... even though that was to our advantage since we felt that there were too many tourists in CR! I will definitely do my best to encourage people to visit and will recommend you whenever I can!
