• If one month before the beginning of the trip there were any major causes that prevent the realization of the trip, the client will have the right to the refund of 80% of the payment, leaving a 20% of compensation to Servitours. If the client does not shows up for the beginning of the tour, there will be a refund of 50% of the payment. 
•  All the refunds will be formalized through our office or the person who made the reservation. There won't be any refunds made directly to the clients for services cancelled voluntarily by them during the tour. 

• Our tour guides have the legal permission and operation license from the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism (INTUR)
• We offer the services of bilingual tour guides who speak English, French, German, Italian & Russian

• Tourist Card payment of U$ 10.00 per person. This is given by the Immigration officer on your entry to Nicaragua
•  Valid passport for at least six (06) months

When entering Nicaragua people from the countries mentioned above, must submit:

• Return ticket to their country of origin or residence
  
• Visa

**Exceptions to these requirements: the citizens belonging to these countries who are holders of diplomatic, official and service passports issued by their respective Governments, on the terms established by the Republic of Nicaragua for visa free agreements.
